Seychelle is a specialist in meeting the needs of sellers and buyers, and serves as Team Leader for Van Poole Properties. She is an expert negotiator, marketing and sales analyst, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable. Prior to joining Van Poole Properties in 2004, Seychelle worked in advertising at agencies in New York, Austin, and Dallas, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. Seychelle and her husband, Nick, enjoy remodeling homes, traveling to Lake Michigan and the mountains, and spending time exploring the Dallas community. 

Marie, who has been with the team since 2001, has a strong background in sales which allows her to provide unrivaled customer service and superior daily support. Her conscientious attention to detail and ability to foresee problems before they happen are invaluable qualities helping to make our team work efficiently to offer outstanding service to our clients. Marie’s positive attitude, effervescent energy, strong faith, and outgoing personality are exhibited in all she does. Her goal is to provide clients with a caring and positive home-buying experience. She is actively involved in the community through Highpointe Church of Christ and The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Marie, her husband, and their energetic daughter live in Prosper. 

Kristen is 100% dedicated to developing a successful marketing plan for our sellers. Her emphasis on “client care” enables her to facilitate a smooth process from start to finish with each of our clients. Kristen, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Public Relations. She relocated to the Dallas area in 2001 and previously worked with the National MS Society as the Community Development Manager for the North Texas Region. She and her husband, Michael, live in Addison with their dog, Tanner. Kristen actively volunteers for the National MS Society and is on the board for Bluebonnet Service Dogs. 

Chris relocated to the Dallas Metroplex from sunny Orlando, Florida. She spent many years working in the real estate and communications industry at the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois. She also gained experience in Human Resources working for the Chicago White Sox, and has spent time working in sales, writing for a magazine, and was even challenged with a stint as a PTA President. Originally from Chicago, Chris graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Speech Communications. She and her husband, Ralph, have two amazing boys who have quickly adapted to the Texas lifestyle. 

Erica is a native Texas and Real Estate Industry veteran. She has an extensive background in working with Champions School of Real Estate for 7 years in helping Realtors with their educational needs. With a hands on approach, Erica prides herself on the customer service she provides our clients and is the first point of contact for our Buyers and Sellers. Erica enjoys exploring the Dallas/Fort Worth area and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to travel and spend time outdoors.  

Emily brings a strong customer service background to the Buyers she works with. Having been the National Account Manager for Konstantino, a luxury jewelry line, Emily understands watching market trends to get her Buyers the best deals on homes. She also worked with Michele Watches as the Account Executive and Neiman Marcus as an Assistant Buyer prior to joining Van Poole Properties. Her attention to detail and belief that her clients’ needs come first will provide a great home buying experience. She earned a Fashion Merchandising and Business Degree from Texas Christian University and is actively involved in the Junior League of Plano. Emily, her husband, Jeff, and their son live in Plano. .
